Refund Policy

No refunds
All contributions on mybestgame.lol are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed by Polar.sh. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that you are paying for immediate inclusion on the leaderboard.
Why no refunds
Contributions directly affect the public leaderboard the moment they are confirmed. Refunding a contribution would retroactively alter rankings and affect other users' positions. This policy ensures fairness for all participants.
Cancelled checkouts
If you cancel or abandon the checkout before payment completes, no charge is made and no contribution appears on the board. This is not a refund — no money was collected.
Contribution expiry
Contributions automatically expire after 30 days. Expiry is not a refund — you received 30 days of leaderboard presence for your contribution.
Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, contact Polar.sh support directly as the payment processor. We are unable to issue refunds for authorized, completed transactions.
