Acceptance
By using mybestgame.lol, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Service description
mybestgame.lol is consumer entertainment software: a live video-game board. Users purchase one-time digital board participation credits that are fulfilled instantly on our site and added to a game's public listing. Credits stack. Supports may include an optional Game Director Message — an on-site title and text note (no outbound links) shown only when that buyer is the top contributor for the game. This is not advertising, lead generation, sponsorship inventory, or marketing services. The service is provided as-is for entertainment purposes.
Contributions and payments
All contributions are processed through Polar.sh. Only verified paid contributions appear on the leaderboard. Contributions expire 30 days after payment confirmation. All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee any specific rank outcome — your rank depends on other users' contributions.
No accounts
mybestgame.lol does not have user accounts. Contributions are identified by an optional display name. There is no login, password, or profile system.
Game Director Message content
Supports may include user-provided Game Director Message content (title and text only) shown on the game card for the top contributor while active. Messages have no outbound links or images. We reserve the right to remove content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates third-party rights without refund.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, rank position, or that your contribution will remain on the board for any specific duration beyond the 30-day expiry window. Contributions may be affected by other users' contributions, expiry, or service changes.
Limitation of liability
mybestgame.lol is provided 'as is' without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
